Pelican Isle 205 is a gorgeously decorated condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The light and welcoming decor provides a truly at-home ambience from the moment you enter. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom on the right, featuring a large TV and bright decor and furnishings. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Nestled in the hall area on the right are twin bunk beds with high-definition Visio 24-inch TVs. At the end of the hallway is a stackable washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, and all the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living area, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Step into the inviting living area, boasting a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a TV and DVD player.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included from March through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
